Delivery, Cancellation and Return Policy

This is a practical summary of delivery and returns. Mandatory consumer rights always remain available under Turkish law.
Delivery
The method, estimated period and charge are shown before payment. Check the outer package on delivery and record visible damage with the carrier where possible. Failure to do so does not remove mandatory rights concerning defective goods.
Starting a withdrawal or return
Except for statutory exclusions, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery using the contact page and your order number. Return the product with its invoice and standard accessories without causing value loss beyond ordinary inspection. The return address and carrier method are confirmed in writing after notice.
Refund
Once the return conditions are verified, reimbursement is made within the statutory period and normally through the original payment method. Your bank or payment institution may take additional time to post the amount.
Defective or incorrect products
Contact us about damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect goods. You may request the applicable statutory remedy, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination.
