Bank transfer is available only when explicitly shown at checkout or confirmed in writing by Entech for your order number.
Safe notification
Do not pay an IBAN that is not published on the site or verified through Entech's current contact channels. Put only the order number in the description; never send card details, passwords or identity numbers.
Information required
- Order number
- Sender name or company name
- Amount and transaction date
- Receipt, only when requested through a current contact channel
How to notify us
Use the phone or WhatsApp channel on the contact page and include the order number. An order is not marked paid until the transfer matches bank records.
