Privacy, Cookie and Personal Data Notice

This notice explains how Entech Teknoloji processes personal data when you visit the store or place an order. Turkish law governs the service; this English text is provided for convenience.

Data we process
- Name, phone, email and delivery/billing address
- Order, product, amount, delivery, return and support records
- The payment reference and status returned by the payment provider; Entech does not receive card numbers, CVV codes or raw card data
- IP address, security logs, device/browser data and essential cookies
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed to form and perform orders, manage inventory and delivery, issue invoices, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and secure the service, relying on contract performance, legal obligations, legal claims and legitimate interests under applicable Turkish law.
Sharing and retention
Only necessary data may be shared with our payment service provider iyzico, the carrier, e-invoicing/accounting services, hosting and security providers, authorised sales channels through Sopyo, and legally authorised public bodies. Card numbers, CVV codes and raw card data are not transferred to Entech systems. Records are retained only for statutory and legitimate claim periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Essential cookies may support the cart, language, security and session features. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are enabled only through a valid preference or consent mechanism.
