Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Framework
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This page states the general framework. Product, buyer, price, delivery and payment details shown before payment form an integral part of each order. Turkish law governs the sale; this English text is provided for convenience.

Product, price and payment
Core product features appear on the product page. The VAT-inclusive price, discount, delivery charge and total are shown immediately before the buyer assumes a payment obligation. Browser-supplied prices or payment status are never trusted; totals are calculated from server-side catalogue data. Card details are entered only on the authorised payment institution's secure page.
Formation of the order
An order request is created when the buyer confirms the mandatory pre-information and these terms and clearly accepts the payment obligation. The order is final only after a verified payment-provider result and inventory validation. The order number and status are available through order tracking.
Delivery
The delivery method and any shipping charge are shown before payment. Unless another period is agreed and subject to statutory exceptions, goods are delivered within 30 days. If supply becomes impossible or delayed, the buyer is informed and statutory remedies apply.
Right of withdrawal
Except for statutory exclusions, a consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. The notice must be sent through the current contact channels with the order number and an unambiguous statement. The goods are then returned and reimbursement is processed within the periods and by the method required by law.
Exclusions and defective goods
Statutory exclusions may apply to personalised or perishable goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other cases listed by law. Opening packaging alone does not remove mandatory rights concerning defective goods. Consumers retain all statutory repair, replacement, price-reduction and termination remedies.
